Ever since I left Bali in 2006, I’ve been wondering when I’d be back. It’s finally time. I’m Bali bound. Two weeks. I’m riding the wings of grace. Quite literally.

2005 & 2006 was a time all about Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea and Bali. That’s when this whole awakening thing really started. Well, actually, Jack Kerourac really hit it to me with On the Road when I was 15. Let me give him some credit- he’s the one who thrusted me out onto this wide open Earth of ours. Yoga & meditation is what got me out into the Universe. He was my first experience in connecting with an author capable of expanding my mind and my heart. You know when you read something and it wakes something up? Tingles, bursts of light, inspiration? It was like that. I guess I was just ready for it.

I guess 2011 is all about Mexico y Bali. So far at least. Who knows what’s next. I’m just doing what my heart is telling me to do. I don’t really have a choice. My feet get to touch the soil of Bali again. I can almost feel it. Baaajjjoooiing! That’s what it feels like. That’s what it sounds like. Sometimes sound effects say more than words are capable of expressing.

My rational mind keeps telling me I’m crazy. My heart feels happy and free.
